Building Permanent Early Warning and Signal-Reading Capability
Who it is for: Senior leadership and strategic planning bodies within ministries, multilateral agencies, sovereign investment offices, and large regional enterprises. Engagements are single institution only.
The problem: Intelligence sits in inboxes, early warning signals never reach decision-makers, and when the analyst who understood the environment leaves, the institutional understanding leaves too.
What it does: This ten-day program consists of two five-day modules separated by a 60-day field application period, and it is built on AAIA’s Regional Geopolitical Intelligence Framework. Module One maps information flows and signal gaps into a complete Institutional Intelligence Architecture, which is adopted at the Architecture Blueprint Session. The field period embeds the architecture, and Module Two tests it against political transition and crisis before closing with full handover to an internal custodian.
What the institution leaves with: the Institutional Intelligence Architecture, the Architecture Blueprint, a customized Signal Classification Framework, and a Succession and Continuity Protocol that ensures the system survives personnel turnover.
