In 30 to 45 minutes, we will identify the capability gaps most likely to create strategic exposure for your institution and tell you honestly whether an AAIA engagement is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so and point you toward what is.
What to Expect
The intake conversation covers three things: the operating environment your institution is
navigating, the specific performance gap you are seeking to close, and whether AAIA’s
methodology fits your context and timeline. If it does, we will propose a scoping engagement. If
it does not, we will tell you directly.
We work with a limited number of institutional clients each year, and every institution we
engage receives dedicated senior advisory attention for the entire program.

Most institutions need both, and the diagnostic conversation identifies where the performance gap is largest and which starting point, whether a single program or the full Institutional Resilience Package, is right for you.
