The Architecture of Mission-Driven Growth
Who it is for: C-suite executives, government officials, NGO directors, and department heads who are managing the tension between mission delivery and institution-building.
The problem: Organizations tend to become either Cults, which are mission-intense but fragile and personality-dependent, or Machines, which are operationally strong but hollowed of purpose. Standard training does not address the tension between the two.
What it does: These two-day residential intensive places each organization on the Cult-to-Machine spectrum and then moves from diagnosis to design. It closes with the Succession Litmus Test, in which participants must prove their mission can outlive any single leader.
What participants produce: the Alignment Map, which scores every active project against the mission, and a 12-Month Institutional Development Plan with quarterly milestones.
